Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to https://motionloom.site and your purchase or use of video production and related creative services offered under the Motion Loom Video brand. The site and services are operated by Motion Loom Video Inc., a Washington corporation with its principal office at 555 California St Suite 4925, San Francisco, CA 94104, United States.
Acceptance
By accessing our site, requesting a quote, approving a project, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Additional written terms in an accepted quote, statement of work, or project agreement also apply. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the project-specific terms control for that project.
Services
Motion Loom Video provides video editing, motion graphics, animation, post-production, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, format, schedule, revision process, and client responsibilities for each engagement will be described in writing. Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of complete materials, instructions, feedback, and approvals. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an updated quote or schedule.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain subject to the stated scope and validity period. A project may require an initial payment before work begins, with remaining amounts due at agreed milestones or upon completion. Invoices must be paid by their stated due dates. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables when payment is overdue. Approved third-party expenses or scope changes may be billed separately when disclosed in advance.
Client Materials & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of materials you provide, including footage, logos, music, images, scripts, and trademarks. You grant us a limited license to copy, edit, adapt, store, and otherwise use those materials solely to perform the services. You represent that you have all permissions needed for that use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for releases, licenses, factual claims, and legal clearances relating to client-supplied materials and intended distribution.
Intellectual Property
After full payment, you receive the ownership or usage rights in final deliverables specified in the applicable project agreement. Motion Loom Video Inc. retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how, working files, unused concepts, and third-party materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their applicable licenses. Source files and project files are included only when expressly stated in writing.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. You may not submit malicious code, interfere with site security, impersonate another person, violate privacy or publicity rights, or request content that violates applicable law. We may decline, suspend, or terminate work that reasonably appears to breach these requirements.
Disclaimers
Services and the site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Creative results depend on project scope, source materials, feedback, platform requirements, and other circumstances. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability or compatibility with every device, platform, or future technical standard. Any approval by a platform, publisher, or third party remains outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motion Loom Video Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
